Allow me to comment on the blogcomment of the gentleman before me. Dear Kunjubi, In our culture (the ilocano, which Leofina Jane Galleta belongs to), women are very conservative. Usage of endearments like darling, sweetheart, or the likes is taboo when a man and a woman aren't in a romantic relationship. Pardon me for saying this, but if you aren't the lady's boyfriend or husband, please refrain from using such words when you talk to her. It might have a negative effect on her reputation in the eyes of our fellow Ilocanos. I hope you won't find this offensive. My concern for Ms. Galleta's reputation is enormous.
