    “Finally
    my soul
    became
    Me.”

vivid yet very clear phrase in this exemplary penned poem. The title is perfect for the drifts in this multi angled poem. This is one of the best poetry blogs I’ve seen. Keep on writing excellent poems.

  2. I. Cant Says:

Your place here, is the place for poetry. And it is a beautiful beautiful place, indeed. I especially like this very special poem.

Truly the poem could have been titled nothing except “BECOMING”……………..loved it!!
    Keep writing!!

Dreammer, my dear,:-). I must thank you for your encouragements. It does inspire me a lot,:-)

At first, I was just scribbling aimlessly, it just came to reveal itself, I guess..,:-)

  7. Sayan Says:

Jane, old friend, I had to come back to this post the third time, and read it over again, and again, before I could muster up something to say. And yet, I’m speechless, as with most of your other poems.
Poetry is something I really do not understand, and that’s reason enough why it holds so much fascination for me.
To you, poetry comes so naturally… it’s amazing; you’re amazing!
    Kudos to you!!!

You must be describing the unification of soul and logic in this poem. Or, how the conscious and the unconscious became one, defining the person in you. You write EXQUISITE POETRY drippingmind. Agree with Sayan. A naturally gifted poet, you are.

  9. eugene Says:

    i see a candle
    form as a cross
    lit to brightness
    on top of a woman
flame in a form of a vase
    from a glowing message
    i could see but
    ain’t gifted
    to mumble
    on this page.

    bless you.eugene(you jane?)

  10. Max Coutinho Says:

    Hey Leo,

*Huge applause* girl, this is a master piece!!

    Where should I start from?
“Recently I took a step wider, wiser.” – growth is the word coming to my mind.
“I sent my silent voice for the gift of time – with you. You heard me and you came.” – telepathic messages that seem to work well with lovers (true lovers I mean). And the message was heard…is there bigger proof of love? :)

“Finally, my soul became Me” – this is extremely beautiful and deep (you are complete now. You have found yourself and connected with your inner soul, with Yourself)!

Fantastic poem, just fantastic: congratulations!!! :D

    Cheers, darling!
